Drip Coffee Makers

Why consider a Drip Coffee Maker? It’s simple, they are easy to use, a wide variety of Drip Coffee maker options, and they typically come with warming stations that will keep the coffee warm for hours

The Brewing Process:

Coffee is heated up in the unit and then dripped over the ground coffee. The carafes can be glass, or thermal pots which keep the coffee hot without overheating.

Pour Over Coffee Maker

A great option for a single cup of coffee – do the pour-over right into a single mug – or a large carafe. The Pour Over process makes a full-bodied rich cup of coffee.

The Brewing Process:

Hot water is slowly poured over a cone-shaped filter – typically paper or a fine wire mesh – in small quantities.  The first “pour” primes the coffee grounds and the second pour completes the brewing process.  Pours are favored for their rich, full-bodied cup of coffee.

Produces a very strong brew that’s comparable to espresso. Makes a very dark cup of coffee, however, and can be used as a solid base for cappuccinos and lattes

The Brewing Process:

Pour water in the bottom container, and coffee grounds (ground fine) are added to the filter located at the top. Steam from the bottom unit rises, creating pressure, causing the water on the bottom to flow through the beans and brew into the top container.
